Guided mediation allows you to listen to the voice and other healing sounds as you relax, there is no right or wrong way to approaching guided mediation. It is accessible and easy to engage with, there are no rules to follow so you will be able to find your own route, enjoy the experience and gain a degree of enlightenment into your own process.

You will need to bring your own mat, a blanket, and if you wish a pillow. You can sit or lay down throughout the session, you can keep your eye open if you prefer. This guided mediation is designed to be suitable for everyone, completely positive and safe.
