All Season’s Art Club 20 year Anniversary
Professor of Art Sheila Meeks is a studio holder at Woodend Studios, Woodend Mill, Mossley. Sheila is also the tutor of All Seasons Art Club who meet weekly in Hattersley. A group of 33 artists they have an exhibition on 25 June 2024 between 4pm and 7pm at Hattersley Hub to celebrate 20 years of the club. A remarkable milestone and the exhibition will feature work by the whole group, it promises to be wonderful and a great way t spend an evening, with refreshments offered and all welcome.

We are delighted to be hosting some young artists work at the Open Studio Weekend; Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2024, 10am - 4pm.
Susan Aggarwal has arranged for some of her young students work to be exhibited, you will be able to see the work on Level 2 of Mill 2 and we highly recommend you visit.

Emmaus, Mossley & Woodend Mill Mossley
Victor Brox, a local and internationally acclaimed blues musician I never knew of until a chance visit, following his death to Emmaus, Mossley. The contents of his home are for sale to raise funds to support the work of Emmaus, Mossley. Woodend Mills, Mossley is a close friend and neighbour to Emmaus, Mossley and on a recent visit I purchased 2 Woodend boxes from Victor Brox’s collection and will now refurbish them…
Saddleworth Art Trail
The first ever Saddleworth Art Trail 21 venues and even more artists are waiting to welcome visitors across the bank holiday weekend; Saturday 4th - Monday 6th May 2024.
Linda Edwards, Nancy Crilley and Glynis Thorpe who all have studios at Woodend Mill, Mossley will be exhibiting.
Open Studios June 2024
The artists, creators and makers at Woodend Studios are opening their doors from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 June 2024.
Many of the studio holders will be welcoming you to view their most recent work there will be a treasure trail for the younger ones, who can race round the mills and find clues to win a prize.
We are also setting up some fabulous moments round the mills for the adults, Insta-moments for you to enjoy and share. Did you know we have prop-makers who work for movies and TV and others who build sets for large shopping centres, department stores and festivals.

Woodend Studios…
The artist community at Woodend Mill, Mossley has been established since the 1970’s, almost 50 years of creativity and the artists an independent makers who share the mill today are as busy, productive and talented as every. We look forward to sharing our work with you at regular Open Studio events, via our new website and social media.
